Associated Groups Policy

Group membership is available to local organisations free of charge. Members of associated groups receive all the benefits of our members and pay the same fees. However, they cannot vote at general meetings. Associated groups are expected to circulate details of our events. Our contact with a Group will be through a designated representative who will receive emails from us. For this reason the representatives needs to accept our data protection policy.

Members of associated groups attending our events will not be required to provide any personal details, other then their name which is required for fire regulations. They may if they wish become members of Newbury Gardeners.
